Clutch Plate Replacement
The clutch allows you to smoothly engage and disengage the engine from the transmission. The friction plate wears down with normal use and must be replaced typically between 80,000-150,000 km. When the plate is worn, it slips — you press the accelerator but the car doesn't accelerate, especially on hills. We always replace the clutch plate, release bearing, and pressure plate together as a complete system to ensure smooth operation and longevity. The flywheel is inspected and resurfaced if necessary.
